Educational Challenges of Higher Education: Validation of the Information Competence Scale for Future Teachers (ICS-FT)

چکیده

The irruption of information and communication technologies has brought about an abrupt change in the demands placed on future professionals. In this sense, recent years, competencies have gained importance university education from a cross-cutting perspective, which advocates as its main purpose training young people search, evaluation, processing skills, especially through digital network. Based idea, present work aims to develop Information Competence Scale for Future Teachers (ICS-FT), order measure level self-perceived skills area. For purpose, design is presented below concerning empirical validation, divided into different phases: validation content, construct reliability, taken pilot sample total 259 students studying degree Primary Education. results determined optimal conditions reliability that allowed application scale generic approach determine competence teachers.
